Payment Terms.
These Payment Terms explain the general conditions relating to service payments, invoices, taxes, payment processing and other payment-related matters for Taxzaar Services.
Last Updated: 2026
These Payment Terms apply to payments made
for services provided or facilitated by
Taxzaar Services. By purchasing or using a
service, the client acknowledges and agrees
to the applicable payment conditions.
1. Introduction
Taxzaar Services may provide business consulting, registration assistance, compliance support, financial services, strategy services and other professional services.
Payment requirements may vary depending on the service selected, scope of work and applicable third-party or government charges.
2. Service Fees
The applicable service fee will be communicated to the client before or during the service engagement, as applicable.
Fees may vary based on the nature, scope, complexity and requirements of a particular service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted professional fees may not include government fees, statutory charges, taxes or third-party expenses.
3. Payment Methods
Payments may be made using payment methods made available or authorised by Taxzaar Services.
Clients should ensure that payment information is entered accurately and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.
Taxzaar Services may change or discontinue particular payment methods where reasonably necessary.
4. Advance Payment
Certain services may require full or partial payment before work begins.
Where an advance payment is required, service processing may begin after the applicable payment has been successfully received and verified.
Advance payments may be subject to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Invoices & Receipts
Where applicable, Taxzaar Services may issue an invoice, receipt or payment confirmation for services purchased by the client.
Clients should review payment details and promptly notify Taxzaar Services if they identify an apparent error.
6. Taxes & Government Charges
Applicable taxes may be charged in accordance with the laws and regulations in force at the time of payment.
Where a government fee, statutory charge or other mandatory payment applies to a service, the client may be responsible for that amount in addition to the professional service fee.
7. Government & Third-Party Charges
Some services may involve government departments, statutory authorities, payment processors, professional partners or other third parties.
Third-party charges may be separate from Taxzaar Services' professional fees.
Changes in government or third-party fees may result in additional amounts becoming payable by the client.
8. Payment Failure
A service may not be considered paid until the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
If a transaction fails, is reversed, is declined or is otherwise not successfully completed, the client may be required to make another payment before the service can proceed.
9. Delayed Payment
Delayed payment may result in a delay in starting, continuing or completing the applicable service.
Taxzaar Services may pause processing where required payments have not been received.
10. Service Processing
Payment of a service fee does not necessarily guarantee approval, registration, certification or a particular outcome by a government authority or third party.
Processing timelines may depend on document availability, client cooperation, government processing, technical systems and other external factors.
11. Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and the specific terms of the service.
Government fees, statutory charges and third-party expenses may be non-refundable where they have already been paid or incurred.
Any approved refund or payment adjustment may be subject to applicable processing timelines and payment-provider procedures.
12. Unauthorised Transactions
Clients should immediately notify Taxzaar Services and their relevant payment provider if they believe that a transaction was unauthorised or fraudulent.
Taxzaar Services may request reasonable information necessary to investigate a payment-related issue.
13. Changes to Payment Terms
Taxzaar Services may update these Payment Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, pricing structure, payment processes or applicable requirements.
The updated version will apply from the date specified in the revised Payment Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Payment Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any disputes relating to payments or these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts, subject to applicable law.
